We share personal information only when reasonably necessary to provide the Service: Japanese Facilities We share relevant information (such as item description, date and location of loss, and a contact email address) with the airport, hotel, train station, police station, or other facility relevant to your inquiry, solely for the purpose of locating, verifying, and facilitating the retrieval of your lost item. Shipping Carriers Your name, delivery address, and phone number are shared with the selected carrier (such as DHL, FedEx, or Japan Post EMS) for the purpose of shipping your recovered item. Payment Processors Payments may be made through PayPal or via bank transfer (including services such as Wise). We do not store or process payment card details directly. Payment information is handled by the respective payment provider or financial institution. Legal Requirements We may disclose personal information if required to do so by applicable law, court order, regulatory authority, or governmental request.
